From Drum Bridges roundabout head northwest on Newton Road A382 towards Pottery Road. Continue to follow A382. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Newton Road A382 towards Bovey Tracey. Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout on to Station Road B3344, turn left into St Johns Lane. The Phoenix Hall is halfway down the road on the right hand side. There is no parking on site.
